The Avon Earnings Opportunity is easy, flexible and completely tailored to your needs and desires. Simply show the campaign brochures to your friends, neighbors, coworkers, church associates and take their order. Every two weeks
you have a new opportunity to deliver the previous order's products and show your customers the newest books.

Get started for just $10. You work when you want, where you want, in the manner that is most comfortable to you. Begin with 10 books for each of the first two campaigns. They are included with your starter kit.

You don't have to purchase any products to keep on hand, you don't have to meet any sales quotas and you don't even have to sell to others unless you want to. Love Avon but hate to sell? Free training is available either online to take at your convenience and in person. Every two weeks there is a New Representative Class held to teach you the basics of how to order, best practices in record keeping and customer service.

Our district also holds a sales training class for each new campaign and for each new major product introduction. Like our Anew Solar Advance Anti-Aging Sunscreen, developed by dermatologists.

Meetings are not mandatory but they are a great way to meet fellow reps, learn more about the products, develop sales strategies and share tips and tricks.

Once you pay your initial $10 appointment fee, there are no further mandatory financial obligations. However, you will need to order campaign books for future campaigns. You will most likely also wish to purchase a few samples and with each campaign you'll have an incentive to purchase full size products at low prices so you can either try them yourself or demonstrate them to your customers.

If you have family and friends who live too far away to make personal delivery or ordering feasible, you can also become an eRepresentative. For $7.50 each campaign (there are two campaigns per month, so that's $15), you will have your own personalized Avon website where customers can register with you to receive email and browse through the online brochure page by page. They can also search by product name or number. It's a user friendly easy to shop site and even comes with its own calendar and blog.

When you are accepted as an Avon Independent Sales Representative, you will be given a credit limit so that you can place your initial orders. You place the order, the order is shipped, you deliver it to your customers, then you place your next order and pay Avon for the previous order. As you pay on time and your orders grow, your credit limit will be increased accordingly. If you need to exceed it, you'll just be asked to pay the amount over the limit up front. For example, if your initial credit limit is $200 but your order comes to $220, you'll be asked to pay $20 up front and the remaining $200 you'll pay when you place the next order.

You can earn additional money when you enter the leadership program. You will provide training and support to a team of representatives you recruit. As they develop, their earnings will increase and so will yours. There are usually additional recruitment incentives such as Fast Track Bonuses to encourage new recruits to stay active.

Avon is not a get rich quick plan. It is a fun means to earn a little extra money and some serious profit depending upon how much time and effort you put into it. You can sell one on one to individual customers, host a party or work with a group to do a fundraiser. You are in control. Do as little or as much as you like.
